As both a manufacturer and user of our tools, we have deep insight into customer needs and real machining challenges. With advanced machining and inspection equipment, and a comprehensive quality control system, we ensure high precision and consistent performance in every product.

JoyJet's main products include PCD, PCBN, and carbide tools, which are mainly used for the precision machining of carbides, ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, and hard non-metallic materials. Various sectors—including electronics, mold making, automotive, and aerospace manufacturing—use them extensively.

JoyJet offers customized services based on customer requirements or technical drawings. In addition, we provide professional tool sharpening services and metal parts processing to help extend their lifespan and maintain performance.

History of JoyJet

Our History
  • 2018

    Joyjet established the JOYET Technology Research and Development Center, focusing on super-hard materials and tools, with a particular emphasis on diamonds represented by PCD and PDC, as well as CBN.

  • 2020

    Our PCD and CBN inserts were launched.

  • 2020

    We introduced our HPHT ab rough diamond, with a maximum size of up to 8 carats.

  • 2022

    We mastered the DCCVD process and introduced thick-film diamonds with a maximum diameter of 100mm.

  • 2023

    We launched super-hard grinding wheels, specializing in outer circle grinding and flat grinding with diamond and CBN wheels.

  • 2025

    Joyjet collaborated with Indian factory for diamond processing.

Cutting Tools Inspection Process
  • Visual Inspection: Examine the surface for cracks, chipping, or edge breakage.
  • Dimensional Inspection: Verify that dimensions are within the tolerance range.
  • Edge Inspection: Check the cutting edge for cracks, chipping, or breakage; ensure the welded area is fully filled.
  • Welding Strength Test: Assess the weld strength of the tool edge to confirm secure bonding.
  • Machining Test: Conduct real machining trials on a CNC machine to evaluate tool performance.
Material Product Inspection Process
  • Internal Flaw Detection: Ultrasonic Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Equipment is used to detect internal defects such as delamination, cracks, cavities, and pores.
  • Microstructure Analysis: Electron Microscope is used for microstructural examination.
  • Hardness Testing: Hardness Testing System is applied to assess material hardness.
  • Material Composition Analysis: Analyze the elemental composition of the material.
  • Dimensional Inspection: Check linear dimensional tolerances of the material product.
